Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Returned product must be in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Subscription orders as well as SMS orders are promotional offers and are not eligible for cancellation or return.

Reply to your order confirmation email letting us know the reason for your return so we can provide further instructions. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Returns will incur a $15 recycle/return fee per bag subtracted from your total refund.

Notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your package by replying to your order confirmation email. All damages are reviewed on a case by case basis.

As expected, supplements are sensitive to warm weather — tracking information provides visibility into the delivery date, and prompt retrieval upon arrival is necessary to protect the product from heat exposure.

USPS will sometimes return a package due to an insufficient/incorrect address or inability to access the delivery location. Packages that are “returned to sender” will be refunded, less a $15 return fee. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. You must place a new order to receive your product.

“International” pertains to any and all countries outside of the United States of America. All international sales are final and are under no circumstance eligible for refund. Partial refunds & reshipments will be determinant on an individual basis.

Packages that are "returned to sender" will be automatically refunded, less a $25 return fee. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. You must place a new order to receive your product.

CUSTOMS / DUTIES: Most countries DO NOT charge a fee on import of vitamins. Courier will attempt to contact you to confirm contents and facilitation of delivery — you MUST answer your phone or respond to any email correspondence requesting confirmation. We are unable to provide this confirmation on your behalf.
